Before using our products, please read the information carefully. It will help you using our LCD and LCM products more rightly and safely, protecting our products from any damages caused by improperly shipping, storing and assembling .

·  When you receive our products, if any obviously broken in external package or any quality problem is found, please keep it intact and contact us as soon as possible for early solution.

·  For commonly used LCD, storage and shipment temperature range is -10℃ ~60℃, operating temperature range is 0℃~50℃. If wide operating temperature range is requested, please state in your purchase order or subject to the certificate of the customers’ sample confirmation. The storage and operating environment should be dry, free-dust, clean and well ventilated.

·  DC voltage can not be applied to LCD, and the max. DC component of the driving voltage shall not exceed 50mV. While welding LCM, only I/O interface shall be welded with a soldering iron below 260℃, less than 3~4 seconds / per welding, and less than 3~4times for each pin welding. While installing LCD, adequately large contact area for device’s conducting wire shall be ensured, and the pressure on the whole contact area shall be kept evenly. (the screwing pressure should be even)The fixing structure shall be even and smooth, and the pressure from fixing structure shall be transferred evenly to the sealing structure surrounding the device. While installing LCM, the operator and soldering iron shall keep landing. Be carefull to protect the LCD surface from being damaged by flying flux .

·  Devices shall not be exposed to direct sunshine or ultraviolet ray over a long time, or its lifetime will be shortened.

·  Devices shall not be kept in an environment of high temperature, high moisture, or with corrosive and volatile chemical solvent. Otherwise, LCD may be discolored and LCM electrodes can be corroded, resulting in the loss of normal display function. LCM shall be packed or contained with anti-static materials.

·  LCD polarizer can not be contacted with organic solvent. LCD polarizers are soft materials. It’s easy to be damaged by hard objects and coarse cloth etc while assembled.

·  While assembling devices, please make sure the operating voltage to be within the voltage range stated in the specification.

·  While assembling and using our products, if any quality problems caused by Ocular are found, please contact us as soon as possible.

·  In the course of product supply, if you want to make some modification in operating conditions, change design or function, please inform us as soon as possible. We will try our best to meet your specific requirements by changing our materials, technique or design accordingly, if possible.

·  While using our products, if any quality problems of mass products are found, please reject the products to us within three months upon your receipt of the products. If just a small quantity or individual product(s) you will reject, then please send back to us within half a year upon your receipt of them. After we have made analytic testing and proven the quality problem is caused by Ocular, We will replace the product(s) accordingly.
